Rain 5G sale ****. #Mikita Antony

Yesterday 29 September 2022, I received a call from a sales agent from Rain following my request for a sales call back. The sales agent ( Mikita Antony) concluded the deal and I specifically asked her to have the package delivered to my work today as I needed to prepare for an online exam which is set for Monday morning. The agent happily agreed and said this was not a problem , she further explained that she would give an instruction to the courier company to ensure that I get the package today(Friday 30/09/2022). I emphasised this request about four times and she reassured me that it would be delivered today. This morning I get a call from the courier company that my package will only be delivered on Monday and that no delivery instructions for today were given by the rain sales agent. I tried calling Rain to get assistance but all the agents in customer care were unprofessional, no one taking responsibility, infact one agent told me that she didn’t include the sale and that this wasn’t her problem she then transferred me to another agent rudely and didn’t even advise. I was then eventually transferred to the supervisor named Senzo Mdlalose who also stated that he would “try” assist but that basically he couldnt really help since his department didn’t do the sale. I have asked to get the sales recording because the sales agents only care about closing sales, they lie and **** people for their money under false pretence and false promises as long as they have secured the payment.

If you are thinking of choosing Rain please don’t stoop this low. You deserve better. You deserve to conclude sales contracts in good faith. Get a more professional, honest, truthful, diligent service provider. Omg the agent have no idea what customer care is. Their attitudes stink , they are untrained and untamed, entitled to the customers money and threat people with a “ well you paid so your lose” attitude.

This is my worst purchase yet
