I am not satisfied with your delivery turn around time

I ordered the Rain 5G router on the 30/10/2023 and I still have not received it.

I find it ridiculous that I paid for this months bill but I never got us it. In a nut shell, I paid for services that I will not get to utilise. Highly unfair and a **** The month is over until my next pay date and still nothing?

Been calling CCD to deliver my parcel with no luck of them sticking to their promise. Please assist in cancelling my order and refund. Will move to better services who are willing to meet their customers needs
