Rain 5G Router - No support absolutely shocking !!

Received Rain 5G router last week. Having difficulty activating the router. Rain contact centre closed. Only automated replies on emails and website chat box. Absolutely shockingly poor service. As they already received my payment it is obvious that they are not interested to assist.
