Rain 5g router keeps on disconnecting and sim cards not working in my phone

Poor support services, my 5g router keeps on connecting and disconnecting through out the day while i am working, reported the issue many times up until today no joy. They gave me 2 sim cards that i can use in my phone, like about 9 months ago to date those sim cards are not working in my phone. I have reported the matter numerious times they just keep on sending me steps to follow which at the end they do not help fix my problem. At the moment i am not happy with Rain....Have so many reference number even lost count but they dont do anything about it, follow up nothing....
