Rain 5G router
Rain 5G Extremely poor service!!! Ever since I got the rooter it has been having coverage issues . Even after contacting customer support ,they make empty promises and never resolve the issue. All they will tell you is to reboot the rooter. It's very slow , you really can't do anything online with it's conection. Very poor service ,
I'm basically paying for a service that I am not getting.

23 Nov 2025, 08:54The connection is not stable at all!!! it's very slow and constantly has glitches. I have to constantly reboot the router in order to get coverage.
I cannot use the service for more than 20minutes without having to reboot the router!!! I cannot complete anything online without experiencing glitches.
Every time I call customer support they just tell me that they will escalate the issue and get back to me but they don't.
