Rain 5G Router

Rain your service is really unacceptable and much a disgrace I had my 5G Router for almost a week now but it only worked for 2 days after that it hasn't been working and i made full payment for it. I logged a call last weekend and i was promised to get feedback in 24 hours which was supposed to be Monday before close of business and nothing happened the guy only asked for my sim card number even when he received the simcard number he still did not reply to me i then called on Tuesday the lady i spoke to said the matter is referred to the relevant department for assistance i will get feedback before close of business nothing happened again and i told them i have assignments to do i did not buy this Router for fun the day finished and i still received nothing another still router is not working. The guy sends me and email at 22:00 yesterday asking me if my matter has been resolved how come cause i am still waiting for your call ???? Then he calls me today after i sent a long email that i will log a complaint with hello peter so if i did not say i am going to log a complaint i was not going to be assisted he is only telling me today that they see my Router is not working but i already told you last weekend that my Router is not working and i need internet to do my assignment.
