RAIN 5G router

I cancelled my 4G unlimited plan early this month because I had trouble with connectivity issues. Just don't understand why I still need to pay for next month. Nonetheless, I thought I should try the 5G router which was not a good idea at all. I checked my area if I am in 5G coverage and all went well, ordered rain 5G – this was delivered within a week. Setting it up was not convenient for me, the connectivity is miserable.
