Rain 5G reaping me of my money

I've paid for my subscription on the 14th of Dec the full amount of 559 rands since it's a month to month subscription but they decided to cut my network after only 15 days. Now they don't respond to my emails and they don't pick the calls. Rain is giving a poor service and I feel they're reaping me off since I've paid for the whole month the full amount.

My account was suspended on the 1 of December then I paid on the 14th of December full amount of 559 rands and it's a subscription of month to month so if it was for December then why was I suppose to pay full amount whereas I got service for half a month. This is nonsense then reimburse me half the amount because the service I got was for half a month of December. Otherwise for this month I must pay half the money then you reconnect back now. 14th to 14th it's a full month so why then you didn't stop my payment and say I overpaid. Reimburse me half of my money please.

Rain must stop going in circles this is not a contract it's a subscription. If I pay on the 10th full amount then I must get the service of that full amount just like DSTV does. Don't come with stories and pay me half my money back.

What is a subscription according to rain. Stop reaping me off my money. I can't pay FL amount to get half a month service.

You responding with lot of ****. Service was suspended on the 5th of December. I stayed and I payed on the 14th at least it should have been suspended on the 6th if that's your argument
