Rain 5G promises for home internet doesn’t work!! My Advice : Stick with fibre at all costs!! Rain
Was experiencing connectivity problems and bad customer service from Telkom/Openserve on my home fibre, so I decided to ‘move’ to RAIN 101 5G with an extender at almost R1k a month.
Biggest mistake ever!! All the promises of improved connectivity are all lies!! My entire family are now angry with me for switching from fibre to Rain LTE/5G.
Waste of my time and money in all honesty!! Rain’s customer service is even worse than Telkom EISH!!
Stick to FIBRE if you have a big home with many connected devices!! Lesson learned!!
