Rain 5g problems

I use to be on rain 2.4 g but it was horrible with download speeds of less than half a mb and latency issue that's unexplainable.....they left me with no option but to cancel...

I watch a post about one of there big bosses promises there 5g won't be like there 2.4 and they won't make the same mistakes again, with over populated towers eg...

Before I subscribe I ask the sales person if it will be capable to play online games via Xbox one and he promised me that it would be perfect his friend and himself useing it for online gameing and my area is dark blue Its have perfect signal eg...

I'm struggling now for about 8 weeks with high ping spikes and the problem doesn't end there my latecy spike into the high hundreds and my upload speed is sometime not even 1mb....(the download. Is OK)

I spoke to many staff members and still no success.. One person even told me the tower I'm connected to is over populated same day the next one told me all the towers is off in my surroundings and the excuses carry on day after day...

They did not offer me any discount and I need to pay for a service that's not up to standard in my surroundings after I was promised its perfect....

Last night I speak to a dude phone break up duo to the wifi that's not up to standard and I ask him to call me back if any thing happen... I'm still waiting and best part it all is the arrangement was to call me at 6 he only call after 7 that again show the good customer services....

I need a rain ceo to get back to me because till now no staff member was capable to help me solve the problem for 8 weeks after they get fully payed and I dont get the Service I paying for...
