Rain 5G premium Rip-off

#RainFail: Rain 5G. Terrible customer service and supplying loyal customers outdated technology. I have been a Rain 5G customer for 4 years and I have two accounts with them. As a first adopter I was supp**** an outdoor 5G router which is only adequate and offers average speeds. This router only works when installed high above my roofline. This is inconvenient and inaccessible. When Rains service drops, which happens regularly, I must call the call centre and tolerate hours without service as I can’t just reset the router. It also cost me a small fortune to install. Rain recently launched a new smart router for their basic plan. I called them and asked them to trade my antiquated router for the new one. They were rude and said no it can’t be done, even though I was first adopter that helped them grow their business. The call centre manager said she would not escalate my complaint to a senior manager and that if I don’t like this reply I can complain on Hellopeter and social networks. She was unapologetic and arrogant. Don’t buy from Rain 5G. They don’t deliver a great service and don’t respect even their oldest loyal customers. They only want your money. I will cancel my contracts and move to fibre with higher speeds. Rain 5G is a #RainFail
