Rain 5G premium - Part 2

When you click sign up, you get a call from Rain within a minute (see my review heading Part 1), but I realise now this is because they want your busines. Sadly, as soon as you need support, you are alone, Rain is nowhere to be found. I needed some assistance setting up and logged a call, with a message that ticket has been logged, 2 days later - have heard nothing. I managed to set it up myself because I am a techy person and was desperate. Then I find the coverage spotty and inconsistent in the signal strength so I again logged a call a day ago to cancel this service - still have heard nothing from Rain. This is really terrible.
