Rain - 5G Premium Part 1
I had a good experience with ordering the 5G router for Premium uncapped. I clicked "Call me" and within a minute I got a call! The agent was very thorough and helpful, she called me back when asked, as I needed some time to think about it. I was not expecting the onboarding to be so quick and easy. I paid and ordered it and then read the reviews for Rain 5G after signing up for the 5G Premium which made me nervous again. I received the package through RAM and the comms from Rain so far have been very good, simple and helpful. My next review will be on the actual service but I think they deserve kudos for the onboarding part.
