Rain 5G poor services!

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Nothing as advertised! We are paying R999 a month for a 5G network that should run at 200mbps but since we got the device it's been running at 5mbps, the network hardly ever works and when it does it buffers every 2mins!! When trying to get someone to help us NO ONE is at service. We tried phoning no one answers, sent multiple emails, and chats still haven't received a reply to date. This is false advertising at it's best. I won't ever recommend someone to buy from them.
