Rain 5g poor service

All the big hype about the rain network and how fast 5g is i purchased the rain 5g package and only after a few weeks did i realise that the network speed is VERY unstable and i am paying R1000 a month for a network that is unstable and sometimes completely goes off. I then decided to cancel my sim card with them but there is no where where the company gives you an option to cancel your sim on the website. I then decided to email support NUMEROUS times and have all my emails as proof to cancel my sim but not once did i receive confirmation thereof. They make it almoat impossible to cancel the sim card and when you try call the support number its near impossible to get hold of anyone. My account was debited once again and i am very annoyed at this terrible service and now have to go into the bank to reverse the debit order once again. I would not recommend Rain to anyone that i know because of the lack of service from their side. I am still unable to get feedback from them.
