Rain 5G poor customer service

Rain 5G I don't recommend it for anyone, I've requested help as my signal is terrible, extremely slow. I've received no response whatsoever and I've requested help multiple times over the past 4 months, I've had 1 late payment and received multiple messages and emails to make payment, but when I need assistance they go silent, poor customer service
