Rain 5G over-promised and under-delivered

This post is on behalf of my wife who is a Rain 5G client.

We would like feedback regarding the slowness in 5G speeds in my area in Randburg?

I spoke to Cassy Glad yesterday, 12th February 2020.

She informed me that there is a problem with the tower in Ysterhout Drive, Boskruin (which is the closest tower to me).

I have sent Cassy Glad the screenshots she requested to prove that the 5G speed is very slow.

I reset my 5G device as instructed by Cassy Glad but it has not resolved the problem with slowness in speeds.

I took the device outside my house, hoping to improve the speeds, but it has not done anything. Cassy Glad told me that she would escalate the matter.

To date, nobody is coming back to me about this issue.
