Rain 5g oppo router

They misled me in terms of saying I have 5g coverage before I bought the router and they sold me an OPPO 5g router that doesn't work , I've been calling and calling asking for assistance but no one helped me, they hangup calls and make me run around in circles. The OPPO 5g was not a choice i made but instead they sent me the router, I now have to pay the subscription of a router that I haven't even used
