Rain 5G official complaint

I've been receiving calls from NuDebt, and to my surprise, they're telling me about a Rain debt I owe, despite the fact that I've previously communicated with several Rain consultants and asked them to close that account in my name, and I paid the remaining balance. I told them that I was no longer using their service since I was completely dissatisfied with it. According to Sections 11.7 and 11.8 of the Rain Terms and Conditions. I stopped paying and went to another provider because of terrible service. I only paid for what I utilized, and Rain had already discontinued the service in line with sections 1.7.2, 5.1, and 1.34 of its terms and conditions. But they submitted my information to Nudebt for collection. I am quite disappointed. I refuse to recommend Rain to anyone and everyone.

In addition, I communicated with your consultants on several occasions to not contact me during working hours and provided them with times (lunch and tea) when they could call me, but they never did that with the collection of their rooter because I was having trouble filling out my details in the email sent to me by collections. I stated this explicitly with their consultants to the point where I even got my partner to call them, but they never answered, which was the same issue I was having with them when I tried to call them on my side.
