Rain 5g not working, 4g fallback too slow to use

5g connection non existent, the 4g fallback is so slow its not even worth using, haven't had 5g connection in 3 days now, location Bredell, Kempton Park, this is a constant issue, no bad weather, nothing, just terrible signal
