Rain 5G not working!!!!!

I received my 5G device & sim card a week ago. After my sim was Rica'd, I received an email and sms from Rain stating that the service is ready to use. After struggling for days with the sim card and many emails and call to rain, my internet is still not sorted out. They were suppose to send me a new sim card, but I have not heard from them and still no new sim card in sight. Their service is appalling, they lure you in as a customer but they simply cannot deliver. I have to constantly follow up with them and call them, they don't even call me back. I need someone from rain to rectify this issue and call me immediately!
