Rain 5g not responding to cancellation request.

I have been trying to cancel my Rain One for a while now. They have not responded to me for over a month, and I made sure to request for cancellation before the new month cycle so that I don't have to pay them end of next month, but seems like I will still have to pay them since no agent has contacted me regarding my cancellation request. I am so fed up with Rain. All I want is for them to cancel my subscription, but they are sort of ****ming us by not giving us the freewill to do so, and simply ignoring us just so that they can debit our money at the end of the month. Please DO NOT subscribe to Rain, they are ****mers and there is only this much that we can do to get out to them.
