rain 5G not connecting

I recieved my 5G router yesterday, not working at midnight. Woke up this morning nou the 5G led light is on but when i connect it still says "check youre connectet to rain 5G and not your previuos service provide" this makes no sense at all i mean we need to pay for this in advance for the month but we cant use it. This is a really bad start and i hope Rain resolves this quick as i was told to watch out for them but i still gave them a try
