Rain 5G "no internet" - False Marketing
Hi, I ordered Rain Internet 5G for R699 for my Dad. The area said its supports internet upto 30 Mbps per second. However when we plugged the router in yesterday 25th July we hardly got any connection and sometimes a speed of around 2Mbps. Most of the day there was absolutely no internet. This is false marketing. We request a full refund as they charged R699 for "no internet". ID number is *** and cellphone number is ***. Please process refund and pick up router. Thanks
