Rain 5G no help left without wifi

A mess up happened with my debit. I immediately paid. Now I have been sitting without wifi for 2 days. I have phoned them constantly and they promised me to switch it back on, but yet nothing is being done about it. It is frustrating as my business is standing still for 2 days now.
