Rain 5G Network sucks

I've bought Rain the 101 WIFI device (5G), I experience network connectivity everyday even though they have confirmed that my area has signal coverage. They always advice me to reboot the device or move it next to the window even though it never helps. I stil have to buy data from other service providers even though I have uncapped wifi connection
