Rain 5g network is the worst!

Rain 5g is the worst! Every weekend its off either saturday or sunday or both!! And its happening every few days in the week aswell... as it is last mo th 6 or so days we were off but still i have to pay the full amount no discount or extra days given seeing as i never enjoyed the full service for the month this is beyond ridiculous really
