Rain 5G network is a ****!!!!

After seeing the ads on TV , Idecoded to get Rain 5G WiFi. This has to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made. They took time to deliver the router and the simcards, when they finally did send them, the router is not working. I called them, Facebooked, Sent them DM on Twitter but they ignore all my means. They continue to deducts money from my account for the WiFi they can see I don't have access to. If you thinking of using Rain 5G, do it at your own risk. They are ****mers.

I'm exposing you guys for this because you have been seeing to it ASAP for 2 months now yet you have the guts to even charge R730 on my account seeing that I haven't been able to use this thing you sent me. All I'm asking for is my money back
