RAIN 5G Network False advertising and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have purchased the Rain 5G end of Dec and had activation issues, I managed to resolve the issue but the speed promised is *******, most of the time no connection and if I do get connected the highest speed is 12mbps and they promised about 200mbps. Contacting the call centre is a nightmare, no one answeres the phone. Promised to send a technician which never happened. Tried terminating the contract, nothing helps, still debiting my account and have not even bothered to collect the device and refund me my hard end money. the last I heard was that they will follow up with the logistics department. ****************, NEED ACTION AND TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE
