Rain 5G network

Terrible service from Rain, first my order gets delayed and then when it does arrive after being 2 days late I find out that they sent the wrong sim card with it. They said they would solve the problem and now it’s been exactly a week that I’ve been phoning them almost everyday to find out what is happening and no one can give me an answer, also a guy by the name Justin puts the phone down on me. Terrible service and would not recommend Rain to anyone.
