Rain 5G network

I have bought my R499.00 5G package and it's sad that it's very slow. I haven't been able to do much. I can't even play a normal YouTube video. Netflix keep loading it doesn't open. The network is on and off. I looked for their numbers it's not going through. I sent emails but no response. dont know what else to do.
