Rain 5G more likely ZERO G

Hi ... I have had a subscription to rain for a number of years ... Since 2019 in fact ... At some point i even had two subscriptions ... They are currently marketing their 5G offering ... But their actual delivery has been mediocre at best and it's more likely to be "ZERO" G ... Never has the axiom "Over Promise and Under Deliver" been more appropriate ... Over the years i have complained about the "slow" internet to no avail ... I felt patronised and the service experience dismissive at times ... today after a number of calls and i still can't even watch a YouTube video where 3G/HSPA would suffice ... Sorry guys the public needs to know !
