RAIN 5G ****MING US
Rain 5G is the worst service provider ever. when they want you to use their router they say it's a no contract and if you don't pay, you don't get to use it. Until you join and they start showing you flames. i have cancelled my subscription with them because even their internet is always not working so i end up paying R529 for nothing.imagine them taking R529 today for the router that is even off and when i call them they told me that it's no longer payed in advance which is a lie.

11 May 2023, 09:12Unfortunately, this is new to me and it's not true because it's prepaid and I took rain around 19 May last year and before i started using it i paid R400 because it was in the middle of the month. 1st June you debited R499 until the subscription change to R529. and worst part i have been asking you guys to cancel my subscription and you decided not to cancel it knowing very well that your internet is always down. I want my R529 refund. and if you are not hiding anything make your reply public for everyone to see how ****ming you are.
