RAIN 5G - Little or no customer support / options !!

I have been trying to log a complaint with RAIN, as my 5G service is not working. I am on the unlimited option for R999.

They do not have a call centre. The only way I can log this is via their online support centre. There is only two fields requested, the address and the problem. After typing in both, I then click on the submit button and the system does nothing. As such, I cannot submit my issue/problem to RAIN.

After trying many, many times I am at my wits end and totally frustrated.
