Rain 5g & Lack of customer service

I order my Rain 5G 2 weeks ago, the moment I plug and connect it works perfectly speed was around 50mb/s as it should be, I woke up Friday morning and there was a red light on the Router , I restart the router and move it around but to no avail, 3hrs later the lights signal on the router where on I thought it was working I do the speed test it’s 1mb/s , I send them 7 emails they ddnt even bother to respond, I went on there social media page send them a Dm no reply from Friday since now I’m not using my 5G there’s no connection, it’s like ***** to me they lure us to buy as soon as you get it they Downgrade the speed and network
