Rain 5G is the worst and are ******

Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! At first they seemed nice and eager to sign me up with good salesman on the other end of the line. I then agreed to give it a try and told the guy that it was a trail as it says in their ad "cancel at anytime" so as time went on I didn't like it and sent a request to billing which up until today they haven't called me back (1 month later) so i thought to myself let me try and catch them and i sent a request to purchase rain from a different number & email and to my surprise they called me back within the hour thats where i got furious to think that im an existing client but no one has reached out to me for 2 weeks but as soon as i make a request to purchase rain they call back immediately. So time went on and they are trying to debit my account dail, mind you i do not leave money in that account but they are debiting it everyday and my account is in a minus well over R100 just by them scratching around in it. They said they would call but still hasn't up until today... So guy's save yourself the headaches and stress and stay away from rain

Im also in contact with a few other people across SA complaining about the same thing and they are all furious with rain the big fail.
