Rain 5G is terrible and they don't want to give me a refund despite the service being broken for a month now.

My 5G connection has been down for over a month now, I gave them time to fix the network, it wasn't done. So I canceled the service and requested a refund. Now, despite me not being able to use the service at all, they are denying me a refund. Avoid this internet service provider like the plague. Their speeds are really good on 5G, but it is incredibly unreliable and there's always problems with load shedding. I will now just wait for a proper service provider like MTN to offer 5G in my area but I am never touching Rain again.
