RAIN 5G IS SLOW

I am on Unlimited home 5G standard which Rain claims to be 50 mbps but I can barely get 1 mbps for over a month now. I have logged several calls and I have not received any help. I tried calling the call center and still the could not help me. As a long time Rain customer, it is sad that the company has become this bad. I have no choice but to move to fiber because it does not make sense paying R700 for less than 1 mbps.
