Rain 5G is really bad

Hello I have installed rain 5G at my home for 2 weeks now and it's been like hell with no signal bad slow signal .....I have been call and send emails to them ......one guy rep**** saying that my account was linked to someone else that's why I am experiencing this bad signal but how do you do that or it's a crazy story.......so now I must pay for a full month for nothing because I am not using this **** ....my number is ***
