Rain 5G is not recommended to anyone

My 5G have been buffering for the whole of yesterday, when I call their customer service I get some people who is helping with nothing. I have changed the position of my reuter because I was told that it is connected to the tower that is far, however, when I try to explain that this problem only started yesterday, this lady Said I must switch if off and switch it on again, something that I told her that I've been doing since yesterday.
