RAIN 5G is certainly not worth the headaches.....

I have had my Rain 5G wifi for almost two years now and for the past 3-4 months the signal has been really bad. I downgraded my 5G to 4G due to financial reasons but then it became almost impossible to use. So I upgraded again to back to 5G. I have a tower 760m from my house but yet I cant not get a stable connection. Working online is my only form of income and its costing me more because I have to keep hot spotting my phone and using my mobile data. Yet every month without fail RAIN will collect their money for a service I don't have the full benefit of. I am not happy with their customer service or response time to issues.
