Rain 5G is a ****

I got my 5G router with sim from rain, but it's completely useless, apparently I need to wait for an activation sms which according to their site takes under 2hrs, but I've been waiting 24+ hours. contacting them says 24-48 hours, which is too long to be without internet access.

They were quite speedy in taking money upfront but when it comes to service delivery, Rain is absolute *******, no way of getting direct communication with any one there. starting to wonder if I was ****med by these people.
