Rain 5G is a *****

I've been using rain for 2+ years now and in the beginning, I was very high on them and practically recommended them to everyone but recently I have changed my mind about them. I recently upgraded from the basic 5G to standard 5G which promises speeds of up to 50 MBPS but I've never had bandwidth even above 1 MBPS which is the reason I upgraded in the first place. When I contact them I get a bull **** excuse about network towers downtime due to load-shedding which we haven't had in weeks. When I brought this up they stopped responding. I was thinking of upgrading to their ultra fast 5G for their buy-one-get-one-free deal so my sister can get uncapped internet, but I know I'll just be dupped to pay R400 more for the same speeds again. If you're thinking of getting rain and can't afford other options and don't need uncapped data don't bother especially with 5G, it's a ***** trust me.
