RAIN 5G INTERNET SERVICE
Non-existing service support. Do not respond to support tickets submitted. Most unreliable internet connectivity. Despite numerous complaints about the service by myself and subscribers in my area, nothing has been done to correct the problems we have all experienced. I cannot for the life of me understand how a company such as this can continue to exist given the service levels I, and many others, have received. It defies logic !!
