Rain 5G Internet

A month back I asked rain to let me know when 5G is available for me. To my surprise I have 5G so I jumped on the opportunity to take it. What a disappointment. The internet is more off or disconnected then I can count and I've only had the 5G for 3days. Now that a bring it to their attention I'm not getting any reply from the. I will not recommend rain to anyone as the after sale services are useless.
