RAIN 5G in Gqeberha is HORRIBLE

I am truly displeased with Rain 5G in Gqeberha. For over 6 months now, the 5G signal remains horrible, unstable and continuously disconnecting. As a result, everything device suffers! Worse if you are online gaming, the lagging is insane. And they recently increased the price on the 5G and 4F cost - I pay over a R1000 monthly for 5G and 4G, talk about a ****. How are you charging me for internet that’s never connected. Additionally, the 4G, huh, it’s a joke two. I was in Mpumalanga, no coverage or whatsoever, and this is 4 to 5 years later using them an internet source, as I was under the illusion they are affordable. Moreover, the TWO SIM cards issued, WHAT A JOKE!!! RAIN usually rains WITHOUT internet.
