Rain 5G I ordered in...

Rain 5G I ordered in June/July their tool , but I have called them to check my area first if it is suitable for it , they say Yes , then I received the toy , but did not work at all, I took it to work and see if it is working and it did at work but not home, I called them let them know, the we decided to take it back and they will refund me, b'coz was not working at my home, still waiting for my refund still to day, can u and ur team assist me on getting my refund pls with them...🤝thank you.
