Rain 5G Horrible Customer Support

It's been 2 months since I started logging tickets on your website. I got an email 3 weeks after complaining asking if I still had a problem and I rep**** that It's still an issue. Now 1 month has passed by and I still cant get a reply. I am paying R1000 a month for premium internet but I am receiving 10mb download speed and constant ping spikes and line drops. In the first week I was so impressed with Rain and even got 2 people to also purchase the device. But I will never speak a good thing about this horrible service again. So disappointing, they are *****ing my money and they don't care about it.
