Rain 5G - horrible customer service

Rain 5G customer service is the most appalling I have ever dealth with. They double charged me for a month, with one of the payments coming up as an authorisation failure on their end, which they acknowledged. Nearly a month later and I am still waiting for resolution, just getting the run around. Really frustrating and poor
