Rain 5G has not been working for over a month now and I’ve been paying for nothing.

I have been using rain 5G since from the year 2022 January and I have been having a problem with it.since from the beginning of December their wifi is not working and I have been paying and also calling with no response from them…if posssible can they please cancel my subscription because am paying for something am not even using.
